Department Overview
There is a version of entrepreneurship that is entirely grounded in the physical world. A location you can walk into. Employees you can see. Customers you can watch. Inventory you can touch. This is that version. And it is one of the most powerful and proven paths to lasting financial freedom that exists.
The Franchise and Brick and Mortar department is for the entrepreneur who wants to build something real, something physical, something that operates as a true business with systems, staff, and scalable revenue. Whether you are evaluating a franchise opportunity, planning to open an independent location, or trying to make an existing physical business more profitable, this department is built for you.
This is entirely 3D business thinking. KPIs. Income-generating activity. Profit margins. Operational efficiency. The discipline and the data that separate physical businesses that thrive from the ones that quietly drain everything you put into them. Alisa is building this department out over the next 90 days drawing on decades of real brick and mortar experience and a network of people who have done the same.
This department is currently in development and will launch in September 2026. Register your interest below to be notified when enrollment opens.

Department Head
Alisa Cooper leads the Franchise and Brick and Mortar department drawing on nearly four decades of entrepreneurship across physical business models. She has built, operated, pivoted, and scaled physical businesses in multiple industries. She knows what the numbers need to look like before you open, what operational systems need to be in place before you hire, and what the warning signs are that most first-time physical business owners miss entirely.
She is building this department out over the next 90 days and will bring in additional brick and mortar experts from her network as guest instructors. Full faculty details will be announced at the September 2026 launch.
"I want to flip my brain completely to 3D. No 5D. Just the numbers, the systems, and the real work of building something physical that lasts."
