The coaching and education industry is full of people teaching things they have read about, theorized about, or recently started doing themselves. The Quantum Business Institute was built as a direct response to that reality.
Every department head and guest instructor you encounter at QBI has decades of real-world experience in what they are teaching. They are not practicing on you. They are sharing what they have already built, survived, and refined through actual time in the field with actual money, actual clients, and actual consequences.
Lived experience required. Every faculty member has personally done what they teach, not just studied or read about it.
Results, not credentials. Selection is based on real outcomes produced in the field, not academic titles or certifications.
Guide, not authority. Faculty show the terrain and share what they have learned. Students choose their own path.
Ongoing practitioners. QBI faculty are still doing the work. They are not retired from their field. They are active in it.

Spiritual Entrepreneurship Grief to FreedomAlisa Cooper has been an entrepreneur for nearly four decades. She has built businesses across multiple industries, created movements, helped hundreds of people navigate grief into freedom, and generated over $40 million in accumulated sales. She is not here to hand you her path.
She calls herself a guide, not a coach, because the distinction matters. A coach tells you the way. A guide shows you the terrain and trusts you to choose your own route. That philosophy is the foundation of The Quantum Business Institute and every faculty decision made within it.
Alisa heads the Spiritual Entrepreneurship and Grief to Freedom departments, drawing on her own deep experience with both. She is also the host of a regular show on Quantum Broadcast Media covering entrepreneurship, spiritual alignment, and financial freedom.
