Department Overview

This is not theory. It is a discipline.

The Healing Arts department is built on a single foundational conviction: the deepest work happens at the level of the nervous system, the subconscious mind, and the energetic field that holds them both. This is not a department for people who are new to inner work. It is for leaders, healers, and practitioners who have already done significant work on themselves and are ready to live it as a professional practice.

The curriculum is drawn from QII Functional Metaphysics -- the embodied, practical application of metaphysical principles developed by Noreen A. Kelly over decades of clinical and energetic practice. Functional Metaphysics works at the level that shapes everything: the energy, the nervous system, the subconscious, the subtle body, and the field of intelligence that holds them all.

Nervous system regulation is the foundation of every practice in this department. From that root, three converging tracks build outward -- consciousness through meditation, energy through Reiki and lightworker arts, and the subconscious through clinical hypnotherapy. A student can enter at any point. The deeper they go, the more integrated the experience becomes.

Every framework in this department passed through the body of its founder before it reached these pages. This is not instruction from theory. It is transmission from practice.

Three Tracks

One integrated practice. Three converging disciplines.

Each track is a complete lineage on its own. Together they form the foundation of QII Functional Metaphysics. Students may train in one, two, or all three tracks. Each earns its own QBI Healing Arts certification. Completing all three earns the QII Frequency Architect designation.

Course Curriculum

Five interconnected programs.

Every program stands alone. Every program connects forward. Students begin with the two prerequisite programs before entering any immersive track. The full curriculum spans all three tracks and four annual immersion events, culminating in the QII Frequency Architect designation.

Graduate Credentials

Two designations. One standard of mastery.

The Healing Arts department produces two levels of graduates, each with a distinct scope of practice and professional identity. Both are recognized credentials within the QII Functional Metaphysics lineage.

Department Head

Led by the originator of the work.

The Healing Arts department is led by Noreen A. Kelly, founder of the Quantum Integration Institute and originator of the QII Functional Metaphysics curriculum. Noreen works at the level of pattern, field, and frequency -- where healing is not something done to a person but something that emerges when the conditions for healing are restored.

Every framework in this department passed through her body before it reached these pages. Prep 101 exists because she lived the cost of profound inner openings without grounding. The signature Bija Chant sequence, the three-point grounding practice, the energetic anchoring method -- each is offered as original transmission from her personal practice, not from a textbook.

She is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Medical and Dental Hypnotist, Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, Polyvagal Certified Practitioner, and published author of The 7 Essentials and Unlocking Your Inner Guru.
